I’m a nutritionist, life coach, biohacker and partner at The Real Food Company, where I grew up surrounded by real food, natural remedies and thousands of conversations about what truly helps people feel well.

My work blends ancestral nutrition, metabolic health, keto and carnivore principles, life coaching, circadian rhythm, light environment and practical lifestyle change, always with a grounded, real-world approach.
